JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. - 210804-N-PC620-0023 JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. (Aug. 4, 2021) Observer, controller/trainers with United States First Army conduct a meeting to discuss training priorities at Joint Task Force Civil Support (JTF-CS) during exercise Vibrant Response 21.2. The exercise enables JTF-CS to strengthen unique capabilities, including an ability to deploy on short notice into austere environments, which are not readily available in other federal agencies or in the private sector, allowing them to position the right people and resources for life-saving and life-sustaining actions during all-hazards defense support of civil authorities operations.
