JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS - JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. (August 28, 2020) Joint Task Force Civil Support Command Chief Master Sgt. James Brown passes the command flag to outgoing Commanding General Maj. Gen William “Bill” Hall during a change of command ceremony at Joint Base Langley-Eustis Friday, Aug. 28. Hall relinquished command during the ceremony to Maj. Gen. Jeffrey Van, with U.S. Army North Commanding General Lt. Gen. Laura Richardson as the presiding officer. The transfer of the unit colors is a long-standing tradition of military units and represents the transfer of authority and responsibility of the command.
