Joint Task Force Civil Support celebrates 20th anniversary
JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. - Commanding General for Joint Task Force Civil Support (JTF-CS) U.S. Army Maj. Gen. William “Bill” Hall gives opening remarks during the command’s 20th anniversary celebration at JTF-CS headquarters. The celebration also included a Defense Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Response Force (DCRF) leadership symposium, as well as a room dedication for the late U.S. Army Maj. Gen. (ret) Jeff Mathis III, who served as the command’s commanding general from July 2012 to July 2014. The celebration was attended by representatives from U.S. Northern Command (NORTHCOM) and U.S. Army North (ARNORTH), DCRF unit commanders and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) regional leaders, as well as prior JTF-CS members and alumni.
