FORT EUSTIS, Va. - John Williams, Joint Task Force Civil Support (JTF-CS) policy and doctrine analyst, and Army Capt. Steve Elpel, JTF-CS chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear, (CBRN) Response Planner discuss plans for upcoming exercises. Both Williams and Capt. Elpel use their combined knowledge and planning skills in providing continued support of JTF-CS mission to the nation.
