Army National Guardsman retires after nearly 40 years of service
FORT EUSTIS, Va. - Joint Task Force Civil Support (JTF-CS) celebrates the retirement and accomplishments of retired Army Master Sgt. Andrew Vickers after 39 years, 11 months and 2 days of service. Vickers continues serving as a GS employee at JTF-CS as the J43 logistics officer.
