Alexandria, Va. - U.S. Army Col Eric Oh, Director for the Operations, Joint Task Force Civil Support, Ft. Eustis, engages with interagency attendees in the audience of the 6th Annual Joint Civil & DoD CBRN Symposium held March 5-6, 2018 at the Mary M. Gates Learning Center in Alexandria, Va. During his presentation, Oh explained that when directed, JTF-CS deploys within 24 hours of notification to command and control DOD forces in support of civil authority response operations in order to save lives, prevent further injury, and provide temporary critical support to enable community recovery.
